We Have Arrived....

Our flight to Orlando was totally uneventful other than it was delayed about 55 minutes. The kids did great on the plane and were ready to play once we arrived at WDW. We were staying at the Contemporary Resort on Disney property and we fell in love with this hotel. Our room, 5109, was amazing. If you are going to Disney and staying at Contemporary, ask for this room. It is in the middle corner of the Garden Wing, so you aren't in the tower, but it is totally worth it. The room was huge and we had two porches. Both looked out to the pool and water and the kids had a huge grassy area to play on. It was just perfect for us. I will include pictures of just about everything we did, so if you are interested in room 5109, here are a few pics :)

We rode the boat from our hotel over to the Wilderness Lodge to eat at Whispering Canyon. It was delicious and so much fun. By this time at night, the kids were exhausted and cranky so we did eat in a hurry, but the restaurant is great. They had a Lincoln Log table that Caroline loved. On the boat ride back we were able to catch our first viewing of the Water Parade that travels between the Magic Kingdom hotels. This turned out to be a favorite for Hayes and we caught it two more times during our stay. It was fantastic!
