A Date With Caroline

Troy & I decided to take Caroline out to lunch on a special date. She had a great day at her first day back to Mother's Morning Out, so we rewarded her with a trip to a new restaurant, GattiTown. It was a pizza place that had games and movies. Caroline didn't really want to go in at first since she was so tired from school, but once we got going, she was excited. We went into a dining room that had Scooby Doo playing and she was so excited (we don't really watch this at home, so she was excited to see something new). I let her pick our table and we were front and center. She ate her pizza and watched cartoons like a pro. She loved watching TV while eating! We then hit the game center and played whatever she wanted to play. Most games that she wanted to play only cost thirty cents, so she got to play a good many games---five dollars worth to be exact :)

After we finished playing the games, Caroline got to redeem her tickets for a prize. She picked out a crayon bubble blower, a purple bracelet and fake teeth. Here she is showing her teeth to Troy and wanting to give him a kiss.

Troy and I got to play a couple that we liked and she thought it was fun to watch us play. We had a wonderful time and can't wait until Hayes is old enough to enjoy something like this. Caroline was a perfect angel and we had a fun date with her!
