Busy Boy

Hayes woke up from his nap as soon as Caroline finally fell asleep, so he and I were able to spend the afternoon together. He loves to go outside and he will stand by the door and say 'outside' so many times you just have to take him out or he will drive you crazy. The other day was beautiful so we headed to the backyard. He had a great time roaming around and climbing on everything he could. Here are a few shots of him on the move and climbing.

After we played outside for about an hour, Caroline started to wake up. He bolted back to her room, opened her door (yes, he can open a door all by himself now--much to my dismay) and went to visit her. She is not a happy camper when she first gets up, but she welcomed her visitor. They still fight all the time, but they are starting to get along more than they used to. Here they are being pretty sweet to one another. She has a rail on her bed so she won't fall out and Hayes thinks it is hilarious to poke on it and for her to poke back. That is what they are doing here.
