Friends....

Caroline & her friend, Ellen, just hanging out after a birthday party at Pizza Hut. They were so cute sitting in the chairs made by Ellen's grandfather. They played so well together and wanted to follow each other around Pizza Hut the entire birthday party. It is neat to see Caroline starting to actually play with other kids rather than just parallel play.

Katherine came over for a quick afternoon visit the other day and Caroline was in the middle of painting. She quickly invited Katherine to paint and actually ended up painting Katherine. Katherine did not like being painted, but she loved painting! They had a fun time and quickly ran off to Caroline's room, "so Hayes would not bother them'---I guess this is just the beginning!






Troy & I were driving home the other night and looked in the back and much to our surprise----they were holding hands! He quickly grabbed the camera to capture this rare moment of kindness between the two little ones and this is the best one that came out. They love holding hands in the car and think it is funny to play peek a boo in the car seats. I think they will grow up to be friends---one day!!
