Go Gold

Southern Miss had their first home game this weekend & Caroline was so excited about the "ball game". She wasn't going to actually go to the game, but tailgating is just as much fun for her. She was dressed in her cheerleader outfit and Hayes in his black and gold. After much needed naps, I loaded both kids up to meet up with Troy---he goes out to tailgate way too early for me. We drove up, Caroline was squealing in excitement, and the sky fell out. It started to pour. Well, not wanting to chase a toddler and push a stroller, we dropped off a poncho to Troy and headed back to my grandmothers. Caroline was devastated.

We visited the neighbors cats when the rain stopped and she quickly recovered. She'll have fun at the next game---hopefully it won't rain!
