K5 at Covenant~Meet the Teacher

Hayes is in the K5 program at Covenant this year and it has been such a blessing. We have seen him mature beyond our imagination and we could not be more proud of him or thankful for this school. Covenant's program starts little ones at age 2 and they are able to finish out in K5. Caroline headed to FPDS for K, but we are letting Hayes do K5 here and that has been the best decision we could have made for him. He has the most wonderful teacher, he loves to sit in his very own desk, he works so hard to please and he is really maturing this year. It's only October, but so far he has come leaps and bounds from where he was last year. He has the sweetest friends in his class, most of whom he as been with since he started at Covenant, and lots of them will keep going to FPDS after this year. Prayerfully they will become lifelong friends.

This was on 'Meet the Teacher' day in August, and Hayes was so excited to be back at school. He couldn't wait to be in the K5 classroom with the 'Big Kids' and he was happy his friends, Will & McClain {some of the cutest twins ever!} were there at the same time we were. We pray this year will continue to be a good one as it has been fantastic thus far. And if you see me around town, you'll notice something new on the back of our car...more on that later! We love Covenant.
