Here is a Box, Kids

Troy came home from work with an old box. He thought that Hayes and Caroline would maybe show interest in it and want to color on it for a while, but he had no idea what journey this box was about to go on. Caroline had her best friend, Anna, over for a sleep over. They had big plans to play with all kinds of toys...until the box arrived. Once they saw this box they thought no more of the toys! These girls decorated this box until their little hearts were about to explode with joy. They wanted to sleep in the box (I did draw the line on that one), they wanted to be pushed around the house in the box, you name it, it was going to happen in the box. Hayes started to feel a bit left out, so Troy found another box for Hayes. Well wouldn't you know, the girls quickly abandoned their original box for this new box. Hilarious. They just love boxes! All night and the next morning were spent decorating and taking care of two boxes. They did let Hayes play along for a bit, but it was mostly Caroline's and Anna's project. Every now and then, Anna would load up in the yellow cab and go out for more supplies. They were really creative. So who needs real toys? Go to your local store and ask for their old boxes....your welcome, I just saved you lots of money for Christmas :)
