Greenfield Superhero Fun

If you have been around a while then you know how big the 4th of July is in our neighborhood. This year our float was the 'Greenfield Superheros' and Captain America even came! It was a steaming hot day but that didn't stop the kids or their adoring fans from coming out to celebrate. Since it was an election year there were lots of candidates and their helpers passing out fliers and treats along the parade route. The party between the houses after the parade always proves to be one of my favorite parts of living in this neighborhood. We truly have the most wonderful neighbors and friends. Many of these friends pictured don't live on our street but visit often since our street is so friendly :)
