Lazy Days

These last few weeks have been busy for us, but some days we just stay home and play. I love those days when the kids are in good moods and we can just hang out at home. Here are a few pictures of what we do when we are being lazy around the house.

Caroline loves to help me cook. Here we are baking and she is in charge of the egg. She would do great in a babysitters class (you know, the one where you had to take care of the egg all day and not break it---you know what I am talking about, don't laugh!). She loves watching me break the egg and watching the 'chicken' come out. It is hilarious having to explain to her why there are no feathers on the egg.

Hayes has learned to open the refrigerator on his own and does so very frequently. Here he took the lemon juice out of the fridge door and handed it to Troy. He wanted to try it so Troy let him. He squinted his eyes after the first taste, but he came back for more. He LOVED the lemon juice----so strange!

Caroline loves to play dress up. Here she is dancing around in her Cinderella costume and she is having a ball. She puts on a costume at least once a day. She and Troy went to the Donut Palace the other day and she wore her princess crown. It was hilarious. I am sure they think we are nuts, but she is happy and has a great time.

These are the days!
